Mandala Art & Tea Mindfulness Meditation organized by Anousha Radzad of Anousha Tea
I am less making “decisions” about what to do in the art than I am allowing it to emerge and develop. When this happens, it’s pretty magical! There are countless ways to meditate. You can meditate with many simple and ordinary activities in your daily life. One way to meditate is through art, through making something with your hands and another way is drink your tea mindfully with your whole mind and heart.
We are going to drink tea mindfully and let ourselves steep within the moment and make an Anousha Tea gift bag. It’s perfect way to get a bit of mindfulness into your day and make something you can keep forever, or even gift to your nearest and dearest.
