At Anousha, our teas begin with the plants themselves.

Some of our herbs are grown at Anousha Herb Farm in Imereti, while others are carefully hand-picked from the mountains and forests of Georgia. A few plants also have a special connection to our roots and the story behind Anousha.

We harvest and dry our herbs with care, in small batches, preserving their natural character, aroma and flavour.

Plants Connected to Our Roots

Orange Blossom

From my hometown

Orange blossom is at the heart of the Anousha story. In my hometown, orange trees grow naturally, and as children my sisters and I picked the fragrant blossoms for our mother to make orange blossom water and preserves.

The orange blossom became the inspiration for the Anousha logo — a reminder of where I come from and a way of keeping those memories close.

We have also planted orange trees at Anousha Herb Farm. They need time to grow, and we look forward to the day when we can harvest our own blossoms here in Imereti.

Mint Bush (Ziziphora)

Wild-picked in the Armenian mountains

Ziziphora is a fragrant mountain herb that we source from the Armenian mountains.
